The name and mobile number you type into the order form, the product page it was sent from and routine technical records of the visit (browser type, time, IP address in the server log). Card, UPI or bank details are never requested.
To pass your request to the supplier of the product, so that the supplier's consultant can call you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Personal data is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the courier, only as far as needed to confirm and deliver the order. The request reaches them as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Personal data is not sold and no advertising profiles are built.
No customer database is kept on this site: the request is forwarded and server logs are cleared on a short cycle. The supplier retains order records for as long as the order and the law require.
You may ask for a summary of your data, have it corrected or erased, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@vivalyra.store. A complaint that stays unresolved may be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.
