The name and phone number you type into the order form, the product page you sent it from and basic technical records of the visit, such as the IP address in the server log. Card details and M-Pesa information are never asked for.
To hand your request to the supplier of the product, so that its consultant can phone you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Your data is processed under the Data Protection Act, 2019, on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. The request is forwarded as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profiles are built.
No customer database is kept here: the request is forwarded and server logs are deleted after a short period. The supplier keeps order records for as long as the law requires.
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to privacy@vivalyra.store. Complaints can be lodged with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).
