vivalyra.store is run by Vivalyra, an information catalogue. Questions about your personal data can be sent to privacy@vivalyra.store.
The name and phone number typed into the order form, the product page the form was sent from and basic technical records of the visit, such as the IP address in the server log. Bank, card and transfer details are never requested.
To pass your request to the supplier of the product, so that the supplier's consultant can phone you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Your data is processed under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form and of the steps needed to act on your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the dispatch rider. The request is forwarded as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profiles are built.
No customer database is kept on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are deleted after a short period. The supplier retains order records for as long as the law requires.
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@vivalyra.store. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
