Ginger and cinnamon, with ginkgo for circulation, round off a plain herbal blend.
The product names six plants and publishes no amounts, so the label dose is the only guide.

I guard a sugar-mill warehouse near Bacolod on night shift and I was tired and short with my family. I cut my beer and began sleeping a few hours in the afternoon.
A coworker let me try his HomoErectus bottle. I stick to the label amount, and by Friday I still have some energy left.

Often very little. Plant formulas build gradually, so give it weeks of regular use before you judge.
Keep it tightly closed, dry and away from heat and direct sun, such as a shelf in a cool room.
Coffee in moderation is fine. Alcohol cancels the point of the routine and can clash with ginseng, so skip it.
Skip it and return to the label amount at the next usual time. Never double up to make up for a missed dose.
Only your name and mobile number are needed. No card and no ID.
The supplier's consultant verifies your barangay, complete address, the quantity and when you can receive the parcel.
The rider gives you the parcel and you settle in cash.
