vivalyra.store is an information catalogue run by Vivalyra. If you have a question about your personal data, write to privacy@vivalyra.store.
The name and phone number you enter in the order form, the product page you sent it from, and basic technical records of the visit such as the IP address in the server log. Card and mobile-money details are not requested.
To pass your request to the product's supplier, so that its adviser can call you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the rider. The request is forwarded as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profiles are built.
No customer database is kept on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are erased after a short period. The supplier keeps order records for as long as the law requires.
You may ask for access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@vivalyra.store. Complaints can go to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
