Your name and phone number as typed into the order form, the product page you used and basic technical details of the visit, such as the IP address kept in the server log. Card, bank and mobile-money details are not collected.
The data is used to pass your request on to the product's supplier, so that its consultant can ring you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Processing follows the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and rests on the consent you give by submitting the form and on what is needed to act on your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. The request travels as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is never sold and no advertising profiles are created.
This site keeps no customer database: the request is forwarded and server logs are wiped after a short time. The supplier holds order records for as long as its legal duties demand.
You may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to its use, through privacy@vivalyra.store. A complaint can also be made to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
