vivalyra.store is run by Vivalyra, an information catalogue. For questions about your personal data, write to privacy@vivalyra.store.
The name and phone number entered in the order form, the product page from which it was sent and basic technical records of the visit, for example the IP address in the server log. No bank, card or mobile-money data is requested.
To forward your request to the product's supplier, so that its consultant can call you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Your data is processed in line with Law N° 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy, on the basis of your consent and of the steps needed to act on your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery service. The request is passed on as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profiles are built.
There is no customer database on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are erased after a short while. The supplier keeps order records for as long as the law requires.
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@vivalyra.store. You may also complain to the Data Protection Office of the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA).
